New to the Castlegar Women’s Clothing Swap? Here’s how it works!
The process is super simple, casual, and a whole lot of fun.
• Set Up: Bring the gently used clothes you’d like to swap and display them on the grass. Feel free to use a blanket, sheet, boxes, a small table, or even hangers.
• The Swap: Starting at 10:00 AM, the browsing begins! You’re welcome to take home any treasures you find from other participants.
• No Clothes to Swap? No problem! If you don’t have items to contribute, you are invited to come by after 11:00 AM to see what’s available.
• The Golden Rule: To keep things easy for everyone, all participants must take home any of their own items that remain unclaimed. We don’t have a cleanup crew, so please ensure your leftovers head home with you!
