Who are we as Canadians?
Reflections of Ourselves is a growing textile art installation exploring identity, belonging, and community through the metaphor of a tree. More than 116 Indigenous, settler, and immigrant Canadians have contributed unique textile leaves that honour their heritage and share personal stories.
As the exhibition travels, new leaves continue to be added, allowing the tree and the conversation to grow. Visitors are invited to reflect on their own heritage, learn about others, and consider what connects us as Canadians.
Exhibition: September 3 – October 31
Opening Reception: Thursday, September 3 | 5:00 -7:00 PM
