This event is a celebration of leadership, courage, and connection among women business owners and leaders in Castlegar and the RDCK Areas I & J. We are gathering local changemakers—especially those leading in traditionally male-dominated fields—to share stories, spark inspiration, and foster new relationships.

The panel discussion will highlight successful women business owners who will share stories of following their dreams and the courage needed to be resilient and lead with passion. Be inspired by the strong women leaders in your community! The evening also features a keynote address by Mayor Maria McFaddin who will speak to ‘Claiming Space – Leading with Courage & Clarity’.
