Dear Friends, Families, and Community Members,
As many of you know, Les Roudoudous Daycare is currently navigating major building upgrades in order to remain open.
While this journey has been incredibly difficult, the support from our community has reminded us how much love and care exists.
We are organizing a Community Garage Sale on June 20th as a fundraiser to help support the daycare and offset renovation costs.
We are currently looking for:
– Good condition garage sale donations
– Gift card donations for bake goods sale and hot dogs
– Empty bottle donations
– Volunteer help for setup, cleanup, and installation work of the flooring and other updates.
If you would like to participate in the garage sale with your own items, we are asking for a 50/50 split on sold items to help support the centre.
We are also looking for :
– Flooring materials + install as we now have to upgrade the flooring in the building, install a new fire alarm system and the other structural work should also be taken care of.
Every contribution, whether through time, materials, donations, or simply sharing our message, helps us continue fighting to keep this childcare centre open for local families. If we can’t meet the targets, we will be forced to close.
